Hi, my name is Isabel Peace and I have been a registered health professional, therapist and coach for over 25 years. In week 2, the cleanse deepens (phase 2 detoxification) and in weeks 3 and 4, you will learn how to maintain the cleansing benefits and the body fat you've lost.

Understand how an internal psychological triad can be connected with difficulties in sticking to a healthy diet (compulsion and cravings), self sabotage, lack of discipline and what you can do to bring healing to your system. You will be guided through meditation audios, designed to help with identifying and getting to know your internal parts better, feel more present and inviting your true self to take the lead. Your life starts to change on the outside when you create harmony on the inside. You will follow an evidence based psychotherapy model.
Isabel will explain and demonstrate what you have to do in the future to prevent yourself from going backwards. She will describe the common mistakes people make, that lead them to recreate their problems. Isabel will give you clear strategies to easily move through certain challenging situations, so that you don't have to go backwards on your journey to wellness. When you have setbacks, you will know what you can do to get unstuck and move forward.
