Day 3 today and I have lost one kilo. It has been hard, especially when at work, as I do get quite hungry there, and I had to serve two cakes yesterday, but I am managing well.
No headaches anymore, just a little irritated, but that’s about it. I feel lighter, and I do sleep well.
After a few social things over the weekend with meals out and a couple of glasses of wine..I’ve just enjoyed going back to the routine. I love how easy it is to reset and lose the weight after some splurging on Isabel’s programme.
I am now waking up between 5 and 6 am, feeling full of energy and ready to start my day. Since the removal of the heavy carbs from my diet, I feel lighter and find it so much easier to stick to my plan.
I am feeling my body again after losing 4kg doing the plan for ten days, and am no longer craving carbs, sugar or anything heavy.
This is a major success for me, to be able to get out of the vicious circle I was in.
I have more energy and less need to eat carbs than before. Combined with my daily walks, I can see that this reset is already helping me shift the weight I put on.
